Lynch View Cottage is located right next to the babbling Lynch on the River Lym, a two story converted fisherman’s cottage with a south facing courtyard garden. This cosy two bedroom grade 2 listed property resides in the heart of Lyme Regis only a few minutes to the beach & artisan shops.

Bedrooms are located on the first floor (one with a king size bed the other with two single beds) toilet with shower on the ground floor and a fully equipped kitchen with double doors. This property boasts a south facing galley kitchen extending onto the courtyard garden, a stylish cosy sitting room, with chaise longue & open fire.
